Mission Knives MPT 154CM Stainless Steel Prototype
A group of six experimental-prototype MPT’s, all with stainless steel blades, were made for consideration
by the U.S. Army's Soldier Enhancement Program (SEP), and also its 21st Century Soldier Program.
These six knives had blades made from 154 CM stainless steel, with the standard blade serrations and false edge.
Each of these steel knives was individually serial numbered along the right edge of the blade's spine, and marked on the right ricasso.
